All purchases on Digintel are final and non-refundable due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products. Once digital information has been delivered to your email address, it cannot be returned or revoked.
By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We may consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If you paid for an item but did not receive the digital product within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and the issue is not resolved by our support team.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice within a 15-minute window and contact us immediately.
- Technical Error: If a system error resulted in charging you for an item without delivering it or charging an incorrect amount.
- Payment Processing Issues: If your cryptocurrency payment was rejected but funds were still deducted from your wallet balance.
3. Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Refunds
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase
- Inability to use the digital information for its intended purpose
- Claims that the product does not meet expectations or quality standards
- Issues arising from misuse or unauthorized use of purchased information
- Violation of the product terms or platform policies
- External factors such as changes in laws, regulations, or third-party policies
- Any issues that arise more than 24 hours after purchase
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptions policy, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our support team at support@digintel.shop within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, transaction ID, email address, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Supporting Evidence: Attach any relevant screenshots, transaction receipts, or proof of the issue.
- Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 48-72 hours and respond with a decision.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Wallet Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your Digintel wallet balance within 24 hours of approval.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original cryptocurrency wallet address within 3-5 business days. Please note that network fees may apply.
- All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Digintel management.
6. Wallet Balance Deposits
Deposits made to your Digintel wallet are non-refundable. Wallet funds can only be used for purchases within the platform and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cryptocurrency.
Please ensure you only deposit amounts you intend to spend on our platform.
7. Chargebacks
Due to the cryptocurrency-based nature of our payment system, chargebacks are not applicable. All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback claim will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the digital product has been delivered. If you have not yet completed payment, you may abandon your order without penalty.
9. Disputed Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact us immediately at support@digintel.shop. We take security seriously and will investigate all claims of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases resulting from compromised account information.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
