You can make purchases as a guest using cryptocurrency payments. However, creating an account allows you to use our wallet feature for instant purchases, track your order history, and enjoy faster checkout.

Payment & Wallet
We accept the following cryptocurrency payment methods:

To add funds: 1) Log into your account, 2) Go to "My Account", 3) Click "Deposit Funds", 4) Select your preferred cryptocurrency, 5) Send the exact amount to the provided wallet address, 6) Submit your transaction ID and proof. Our admin team will review and approve your deposit within 24 hours.
Wallet payments are instant. Cryptocurrency payments are manually reviewed by our admin team and typically confirmed within 1-24 hours. You'll receive an email once your payment is confirmed and your purchase is delivered.
No. Wallet funds are non-refundable and can only be used for purchases within the Digintel platform. Please only deposit amounts you intend to spend on our marketplace.
Orders & Delivery
All purchased items are delivered instantly to your email address after payment confirmation. For wallet payments, delivery is immediate. For cryptocurrency payments, you'll receive your items within 24 hours of payment verification.
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received your purchase within 24 hours of payment confirmation, contact our support team at support@digintel.shop with your order number and transaction details.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the digital product has been delivered. Due to the instant nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
Account Management
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If logged in, you can also change your password from "My Account" settings.
Yes. To delete your account, contact our support team at support@digintel.shop with your account email and request account deletion. Please note that any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Log into your account and navigate to "My Account" page. Your recent transactions and order history will be displayed there. You can also find all order confirmations in your email inbox.
